There are Absolutely no refunds or returns, all sales final.

On all orders processing time is 24-48 hours.

Orders placed after 4pm EST will be processed the following business day.
Any orders placed on Friday after 3pm EST will be processed on the following business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for shipping after order is placed. It’s possible you can receive your order earlier depending on the workload. It’s our main priority to get your packages out as soon as possible. Once order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and ready to ship, you will receive another email with shipping information.

The Wig Addiction & Co. does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier “United States Postal Service(USPS)” to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.

Delivery time does not include Saturday’s, Sunday’s or Holidays but pick up is available during business hours.
